Refund Policy

Membership Dues

GOAL New England (Gay Officers Action League of New England) appreciates the support of its members and the contributions that help us fulfill our mission of supporting LGBTQ+ law enforcement professionals and strengthening our communities.

All membership dues paid to GOAL New England are final and non-refundable.

Once a membership application has been approved and payment has been processed, no full or partial refunds of membership dues will be issued, including but not limited to:

Voluntary resignation or cancellation of membership

Suspension or termination of membership in accordance with the organization's Bylaws or policies

Failure to participate in membership activities or events

Changes in personal circumstances

Relocation or change of employment

Dissatisfaction with membership benefits

Membership dues are considered charitable and organizational support that enables GOAL New England to provide programs, educational opportunities, advocacy efforts, community outreach, and member services throughout the year.

Administrative Errors

If you believe you were charged in error, charged more than once for the same membership period, or experienced another billing issue, please contact us within 30 days of the transaction. GOAL New England will review the matter and, if an administrative or processing error occurred, may issue a correction or refund at its sole discretion.
